Job Title: WARRANTY/SERVICE MANAGER
Job Location: Novaliches Quezon City Plant
Job Description:

To oversee warranty and after sales service operation. Tasked to manage over-all repair and service activities such as technical works and customer relations jobs.
To ensure that all work output complies with the established quality standard and norms of service. Act as the final delivery inspector in the assurance for quality standard.
To prepare and submit regular management reports pertaining to output & performance, usage & warranty problems encountered, and other information needed by the management.
To provide warranty information to R&D for product development.
To assist in planning and designing technical training programs for technicians for their skills enhancement and competitiveness, sustainable performance and career growth.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any engineering course.
Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive service industry as a manager, assistant manager, or higher supervisory level.
Knowledgeable in job and cost estimation.

Job Title: SERVICE ADVISORS
Job Location: Novaliches Quezon City Plant
Job Description:

To assist the service manager in all aspects of warranty and after-sales operations.
To assist the customers in their warranty and after-sales service concerns.
To assess warranty claims in accordance with assessment procedure and warranty coverage policy. To provide job estimates in costs and time of delivery.
To assist the service manager in the job delegations to service technicians through the generation and distribution of repair orders, warranty claims, performance evaluation, and the like.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any engineering course.
Minimum of 1 years experience in automotive service industry as a service advisor or equivalent position.
Knowledgeable in job and cost estimation.

Job Title: ENGINE OVERHAULING SECTION SUPERVISOR
Job Location: Novaliches Quezon City Plant
Job Description:

To ensure that all repair, rehabilitation and rectification activities particularly with the Engine Section are done in accordance with the manufacturer specified service & repair manual and parameters, thereby assures quality work output.
To ensure the accuracy & quality of mechanical, electrical and electronic diagnosis and troubleshooting of all engine related problems.
To ensure that production time and quality are met.
To conduct trade test to newly hired mechanics. To conduct periodic performance evaluation of mechanics and helpers. To assist in the training & skills development of all technicians under the overhauling section.

Job Qualifications:

TESDA certified graduate of Auto Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Technology or similar vocational courses. College graduate of engineering course is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in engine diagnostics, trouble-shooting, and repair.
Minimum of 2 years work experience in an automotive manufacturing or service company as a supervisor or managerial level.

Job Title: MAINTENANCE ENGINEER/ FACILITY ADMIN
Job Location: Novaliches Quezon City Plant
Job Description:

To assist in the delivery of full range facilities & equipment maintenance and services.
To maintain and update systematic filing safekeeping of all tools, machines and equipments inventory records, schedules of periodic maintenance & repair, its records and disposals.
To assist in the design, planning, and cost estimate of facility and equipment upgrade.
To manage the eventual implementation of facility & equipment upgrade.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of civil, electrical or other engineering courses. Licensed engineer is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years experience handling preventive and predictive maintenance functions gained from a manufacturing plant.

Job Title: MANUFACTURING DIVISION HEAD
Job Location: Novaliches Quezon City Plant
Job Description:

Oversee and manage production operations.
As the head of production operations, ensures quality standard, targeted production output, and production time are met.
As the head of plant admin., ensures that quality management system, policies and procedures are complied with.
As the head of people management team, ensures the sufficient manpower and skills compliment are met in accordance with the demands of the production.
To direct R&D and various production sections in the planning, design, and implementation of systems and procedures, work processes, materials sourcing & testing, to enhance production output and the continuous upgrade of quality.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of BSME or other related engineering courses. MSME is an advantage.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Minimum of 8 years technical management experience gained from automotive industry.

Job Title: MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS
Job Location: Novaliches Quezon City Plant
Job Description:

To assist the Mfg. Division Head in all aspects of production operations, plant administration, and people management.
To conduct system and data analysis for the enhancement of production and maintenance and/or improvement of quality.
To assist the Mfg. Division Head in ensuring that customer services are rendered satisfactorily and delivered on-time.
